- Lord Shiva in the form of Lord Omkareshwar, is the Lord of Omkaara or the Lord of “Om Sound”. “Om” is not just a sound of vibration or symbol. It denotes an entire cosmic world, a mystic cosmic energy mediate through pure intension, raises your heart and soul to the supreme power Lord Omkareshwar. 5. The word Omkar was spelt from the mouth of the creator Lord Brahma, so recitation of any Veda is not complete without the word “Om”.
